General Program Information

Question: What is the Passport program?

A. The Passport program is managed by Passport Unlimited and is designed to connect you with exclusive savings at many local and national vendors both online and around town. Enjoy!

Question: Who is eligible?

A. All employees on Apple's payroll (or designated affiliates' payrolls), including interns and flexible workforce employees are eligible to use the program. Independent contractors, consultants, and temporary agency workers are not eligible for the program.

Question: How do I request a card?

A. The Passport Unlimited program has gone mobile! Click here to request a mobile card to use online or on the mobile app on your iOS or Android device.

Question: Where do I find the passphrase to access the program?

A. The passphrase is no longer necessary. Employees who previously used the passphrase may now update their profile to a mobile card to use online and on their smartphone to access full program benefits.

Question: Can my spouse/partner use the site or mobile card?

A. Only eligible Apple employees are able register a profile on the site (using your work email address) and receive a mobile card. However, you may use the discounts with or for your family and your mobile membership may be installed on up to 5 devices.

Question: How can I provide feedback?

A.Your ideas, comments and suggestions are welcome! If you'd like to make a suggestion or relay a positive experience you can send us an email, complete the suggestion form, or call us at (800) 410-4211.

Question: Can I suggest a vendor for the program?

A.Your ideas and input are welcome! To suggest a new vendor, please complete our vendor suggestion form to make a recommendation. 

Using the 'Passport Mobile' Smartphone App

Question: Will the app run on my smartphone?

The Passport Mobile app is available for Android and iOPS devices and is supported on devices running iOS 10+ or Android 6+. If your device is not supported, we recommend visiting this website in place of installing the Passport Mobile app.

Question: How do I install the mobile app on my smartphone?

A. The Passport Mobile app is available for Android and iOS devices. Visit your phone's marketplace and search for "Passport Mobile" to find the app.

Once your have found the app in your marketplace, follow the normal app installation steps to download and install the app on your device. Then, sign in using your card number and start finding deals near you!

Question: What features are available in the mobile app?

A. The app uses your device GPS to show you nearby deals based on your current location; allowing you to view the deals on a map or in list format. The app includes filter and settings options to search in another location, search for a specific keyword, or filter results by category or cuisine.

Question: How do I use the mobile Passport card at participating businesses?

A. The mobile Passport card is available for iOS and Android. Once you have downloaded the app and logged on with your mobile membership card number, you can launch the mobile Passport card as follows:

  • Tap a listing to view the Details of a business’ participation.
  • Tap Use Card to display your mobile card or generate a redemption code at participating Passport Dining restaurant locations.

At Passport restaurants, launching your mobile Passport card will generate a code and card number that should be written at the top of your receipt prior to payment. For merchants, launching your mobile Passport card will launch an image of your card, which should be presented to the merchant at the time of purchase.

Question: If I am logged into the Passport Mobile app on my iPhone, can I still use the Passport website to get the online deals?

A. Yes, you can be logged into the Passport Mobile app and still use the Passport website at apple.passportcorporate.com

Question: Can I access online Passport offers from the Passport Mobile app on my iPhone?

A. Yes, you may use the Passport Mobile app to find and access online Passport discounts. You will be directed to the online vendor’s website from the Passport Mobile app to complete any online purchases.

Passport Dining Restaurant Savings 

Question: How do I use the card at Passport Dining restaurants?

Your Passport Membership provides savings at a selection of prestigious restaurants. Before you use your membership, visit our website or mobile app to find a list of participating locations in your area. 

When using your Passport membership at participating restaurants simply include it with your method of payment (plastic cards) or write the provided redemption code and card number on your receipt (digital cards) and your discount will be discreetly deducted from your bill. 

Please tip 18-20% on your total bill, before any deductions are made. In select areas, some restaurants may automatically include an 18% gratuity on your bill. These restaurants are denoted with an icon in the upper-right portion of their listing.

    • These are dining offers new to Passport in the last 30 days
  • Upscale
    • These restaurants offer either:
      • A complimentary entrée with the purchase of another entrée (can be used with other Passport offers) A minimum of one adult entrée per person in the party must be ordered. An appetizer is considered an entrée only if an entrée is purchased by the party. Entrées may not be split. If a party of four or more is present with two Passport Cards, the two lowest priced entrées in the party are compliments of the restaurant. This includes when separate checks are issued. or 
      • 20% off the total guest check up to $100. Maximum of ONE card per party.  Excludes Happy Hour unless otherwise specified on their listing. or
      • 20% off the total guest check for 2 to 6 people, Maximum of ONE card per party. Excludes Happy Hour unless otherwise specified on their listing.
  • Casual/Family Friendly
    • These restaurants offer either:
      • A complimentary entrée with the purchase of another entrée (can be used with other Passport offers) A minimum of one adult entrée per person in the party must be ordered. An appetizer is considered an entrée only if an entrée is purchased by the party. Entrées may not be split. If a party of four or more is present with two Passport Cards, the two lowest priced entrées in the party are compliments of the restaurant. This includes when separate checks are issued. or 
      • 20% off the total guest check up to $100. Maximum of ONE card per party.  Excludes Happy Hour unless otherwise specified on their listing. or

  • Quick Serve
    • These restaurants offer either:
      • 20% off the total guest check or
      • Complimentary item when another item of equal or lesser value is purchased. Check individual listings for specific restaurant offers.
  • Coffee/Desserts
    • 20% off coffee, tea and dessert menu items. This offer can be used with other Passport offers that the restaurant honors. Check individual listings for specific restaurant offers.
  • Happy Hour
    • These restaurants offer either:
      • 20% off the Happy Hour Menu. Or
      • Complimentary Happy Hour item when another Happy Hour item of equal or lesser value is purchased.
      • This offer can be used with other Passport offers that the restaurant honors. Check individual listings for specific restaurant offers.
  • To Go
    • 20% off the total guest check. Automatic gratuity does not apply but we encourage appropriate tipping.
  • Delivery
    • 20% off the total guest check. Automatic gratuity does not apply but we encourage appropriate tipping. - recommend not including in FAQs until a delivery partner is signed
  • Banquets/Catering
    • 10% off the total guest check

Question: Are there any restrictions on restaurant use?

A restaurant's primary offer is detailed on their listing.

Some restaurants may offer additional special offers beyond the standard offer. These offers are detailed in each restaurant's listing. Some restaurants may automatically include an 18% gratuity on your bill at the end of your meal. If a restaurant includes the 18% gratuity, it will be noted in their listing.

Passport memberships are not accepted on major holidays, or any day a specific restaurant terms a holiday (St. Patrick's Day, Cinco de Mayo, Mother's Day etc.) If you have questions regarding a restaurant’s interpretation of a holiday, please call ahead.
